As explained in the index of this album, Ducher had a close relation with Cesar Daly, which sons, Andre Daly fils et Cie, published in 1886 "L'architecture americaine". This relation is explained in the following publications:

Felix Bonfils, the photographer that obtained a medal from the Societé Française de photographie for his work in Egypt, Palestine, Syria and Greece, published in 1872 and album with Ducher with 100 photographs of the Middle East.
